We begin with a personalized meeting where we get to know you, your family, and the space your portraits will live in. We’ll talk about your home’s unique style and the best way for your portraits to be displayed. This allows Stephanie to understand your vision and plan your session with intention.
However, it's not just about the space—it's about how you show up. During your consultation, we’ll discuss all the details. Together, we will decide on a game plan for everyone’s wardrobe choices. You will leave the consultation with all the information you need in order to walk into your session feeling confident, comfortable, and ready.
We’ll discuss every detail and answer all your questions, like:
What should I wear?
How many outfits should I bring?
How much is this going to cost?
What time should I arrive?
And any other questions you might have.

Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment

Shortly after your session, you'll meet with Stephanie to view your images and select your favorites. One of the most special parts of the process is seeing the final portraits from your session come to life for the first time! Stephanie will gently guide you through narrowing down your favorites, helping you choose the images that speak to you the most. Together, we’ll design the perfect pieces for your space, whether that’s a single statement portrait or a custom gallery wall. You’ll make confident decisions about what to order and how to display it, knowing exactly how everything will look in your home.
Professional Installation
Finished & Framed
We’ll personally deliver and install your artwork, so all you have to do is enjoy it. No guesswork—just a space that reflects the people you love most. From measuring to placement, we handle every detail to ensure your portraits are beautifully and securely displayed.
