Hey there, Caroline and Scott!

Let's start at the beginning, tell us about your business and what you offer?


We are a husband-and-wife real estate team (The Whaley Group) committed to making the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Our clients often tell us they appreciate the extra care and attention we provide, whether it’s problem-solving, communicating clearly, or helping with details that extend beyond the transaction itself.


Why do you think your clients choose to work with your company specifically?


Clients often tell us they value the Sotheby’s International Realty name for its global recognition, prestige, and reputation for trustworthiness, paired with our local expertise and commitment to service, it’s a combination that makes them feel confident in choosing us.



What interested you in this industry and why did you pick this as your career?


Our decision to enter real estate grew from a shared passion for helping people. As caregivers by nature, we enjoy putting others first, solving problems, and offering support. Real estate gives us the perfect avenue to serve, while also allowing us to build relationships with new people every day.


What were the first steps in creating your business?


When starting our business, we focused on connecting with our sphere of friends and family. Because they already knew our character and trusted us, they were the perfect foundation to share our new career and to rely on us if they, or anyone they referred, needed real estate guidance.



What do you want your clients to leave with?


I would like every client to leave not only satisfied, but genuinely impressed, that our service exceeded expectations, our communication was second to none, and that choosing us was a decision they’d gladly share with others.


If you could describe your brand in a quote, what quote would it be?


With the Whaley Group, real estate is about more than houses, it’s about people. We work hard, act with integrity, and put our clients’ needs above all else.
